John is country Representative for WISHH. He has worked on in human and animal nutrition value chains of soy for 5 years in Ghana and the rest of Africa working with consumer-farmers along and helping execute WISHH programming in Ghana and the rest of Africa. He’s a trained Aquaculturist with 10 years farming experience.
Seth Offei holds a master’s degree in Global Food and Agricultural Business and a Master of Arts in Governance and Sustainable Development. He is a founding staff member of the Home-Grown School Feeding Programme in Ghana and he currently works as a Programme Officer in charge of Agriculture. Seth is also very much involved in aquaculture and has gained over a decade of experience in coordination, development, research, training, and monitoring and evaluation.
Paulina S. Addy is the Directorate of Women in Agricultural Development (WIAD), Ministry of Food and Agriculture (MoFA).She has reviewed and formulated programmes beneficial to women in the agricultural value chain and collaborated with various agencies to meet the needs of women in micro and small businesses to advance this cause.
Her focal areas are promotion of optimum nutrition from the agricultural lens, enhanced Food safety, value addition to agricultural produce, Gender mainstreaming.
Francis Asodina holds an MPhil in Agricultural Economics and has a strong background in agricultural development. He worked closely with smallholder women soybean farmers and farmers in general for 8 years, focusing on increasing production and income. His academic work includes a thesis on the economics of soybean production in the Upper West Region of Ghana. Currently, Francis is engaged in development cooperation, applying their expertise to broader initiatives aimed at improving agricultural practices and livelihoods.
Araba Andoh is a seasoned professional with over 7 years in finance, strategy, and trade, focused on driving innovation & catalysing growth in the agricultural and food sectors. A former private equity investor and consultant, she now serves as Chief of Staff at Fluid Finance, managing $300k+ in assets to empower over 1,500 soybean and rice farmers in Northern Ghana. Araba holds a BSc in Business Administration from Ashesi University and an MSc in International Business from Warwick Business School. As an Agvocate, she delivers impactful solutions that de-risks agri-lending and helps smallholder farmers build wealth.
