Mark Yao Tekpah is a seasoned Operations, Analytics and Marketing expert with over 10 years of experience spanning Strategy, Project management, Segment Marketing, Reporting and Analytics. Mark was a Call Centre Trainer, Regional Supervisor, MFS Customer Acquisition Associate, Tigo Music Project Coordinator and Assistant Youth Brands Manager at Tigo (now AT). He was also the Africa Accounts Manager at Akazoo Music Limited and Senior Programmes Manager at Marketicons Group before joining The Little Cow Consulting Limited where he currently serves as the Project Delivery Director.
Charles is founder and Managing Director of SESACO Limited, producing the country’s most popular Soya products located 6 Miles along Kampala-Masaka high way. Charles’s passion for being an entrepreneur and immerse love for Nutritional health led him to set up a soya products factory and has organized and grouped around 20,000 famers across the country who provide quality cereals to the factory for value addition. Charles is a powerful voice of advocacy for improving economic access and opportunities for the underprivileged. He is a National Executive Member of the Uganda Small Scale Industries Association, as well as the Uganda Manufacturers Association. Driven by his desire to become an Entrepreneur and to skill and empower the youth and women with practical hands on skills in Business , Agriculture, Charles set up this factory with a variety of soya products in which he has been in position to employ over 30 permanent employees and over 78 contract workers.
Daniel Adams is one of the 20 U.S. soybean growers appointed by the American Soybean Association to serve as a farmer leader on the ASA’s World Initiative for Soy in Human Health program committee in 2023. Daniel is a first-generation farmer from Eddyville, Kentucky where he and his family raise soybeans, corn, wheat and hogs. He is one of four farmers to serve as a Kentucky Soybean Association director. Daniel and his wife, Paige, are the parents of two children. Daniel and Paige were selected as ASA Corteva Young Leaders for Kentucky in 2021. They are also active supporters of their local agriculture programs for youth.
As WISHH’s Executive Director, Gena Perry leads the strategic trajectory of WISHH’s market development and long-term trade opportunities for U.S. soy in developing and emerging markets. She joined the American Soybean Association/WISHH Program in March 2019 managing the AMPLIFIES poultry Food for Progress project in Ghana and then serving in a strategic capacity for the organization. She came to WISHH after nearly four years with AgriCorps, a non-profit focused on agricultural education in Ghana and Liberia. Gena served as an AgriCorps Fellow in Koforidua, Ghana where she worked in the 4-H Ghana office helping build capacity for staff and trained 4-H advisors and agriculture science teachers on experiential learning pedagogy. Gena received her bachelors and masters degrees in Agribusiness from the University of Georgia. Gena enjoys traveling, hiking with her dog and attending live music shows.

Juan E. Andrade is an associate professor of global food and nutrition at the University of Florida (UF) in Gainesville. He holds a B.Sc. in Agricultural Sciences from Zamorano University, Honduras, and a Ph.D. in Human Nutrition from Purdue University. Dr. Andrade’s long-term goal is to develop sustainable strategies that can be used to deliver adequate nutrition, especially micronutrients, to residents of low-resource countries and thereby help to promote human health and economic development. His research interests are focused on innovative concepts for food fortification, point-of-use sensing technologies for micronutrients in fortified foods, reformulation of relief food products, and service, experiential learning education programs. Dr. Andrade is an affiliated faculty in the Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition, the Institute of Food and Agricultural Sciences, the Center for Latin American Studies and the Center for African Studies at UF. He is also a research affiliate at the USAID’s Livestock Innovation Lab (LSIL – hosted at UF) and the PI of the Human Nutrition Team at the USAID’s Soybean Innovation Lab (SIL – hosted at Illinois). Dr. Andrade is a member of the American Oil Chemists’ Society, the Institute of Food Technologists, and the American Society for Nutrition.
As the Chief Executive Officer of Kamp Group, Rumbidzayi is responsible for driving the company’s growth premised on production of world class quality animal feeds. He has a wealth of business management experience having served at senior management level for seventeen years across sectors ranging from finance and investments, economic research, stock broking, advisory services and consultancy, with the last four in the animal feeds production industry. He holds a BSc Economics Honours from the University of Zimbabwe, a Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Management and a Masters in Financial Management from Uganda Management Institute.
